How to install OpenCV 3.1 with visual studio 2013. For easy copy and paste
1.I'll download OpenCV(3.1) and put at whatever location you want.
2.Extract out the OpenCV folder.
3.Go to Computer Properites then Advanced system setting then Environment Varibles to set the pathing.( if your computer is 32 bits choose x32, if 64 bits, choose x64 folder)
Create a new path and link it to your OpenCV folder(I will call my path as OpenCV_DIR).
4.Add OpenCV_DIR to the pathing.
5.I will need to link the OpenCV library to Visual Studio but first I'll show a opencv sample program that I have copied online to show that my linking is not connected/incorrect
6.Linking of the OpenCV library
and you're done!
*Note: If your computer is 32-bits, the configuration manager is not necessary to set it to x64
Put the image into the solution folder (look at video for help)
